- Install a professional For Sale sign on your property.
- Submit copies of your listings to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers.
- Communicate with you and keep you informed as to our marketing activities.
- Conduct a tour of your home for the brokers from our office.
- Develop a list of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating brokers to use with their potential buyers.
- Advise you as to how you should prepare your home for showings.
- Update you regularly as to changes in the market, both in prices and in mortgage rates, and their likely effect on the sale of your property.
- Hold an Open House for potential buyers when possible.
- Pre-qualify prospective buyers.
- Follow-up with the brokers who have shown your home to prospective buyers.
- Assist you in arranging interim financing if necessary.
- Faithfully represent you at the presentation of all contracts, and insure that your best interests are served.
- After the contract has been accepted, coordinate and keep you informed on all mortgage, title, inspections and other closing issues and procedures.
